Published on Dec 21, 2012 When war between Israel and Iran seemed imminent, Israeli graphic designer Ronny Edry shared a poster on Facebook of himself and his daughter with a bold message: "Iranians ... we [heart] you." Other Israelis quickly created their own posters with the same message -- and Iranians responded in kind. The simple act of communication inspired surprising Facebook communities like "Israel loves Iran," "Iran loves Israel" and even "Palestine loves Israel."

David Edwards via Google+3 months ago/ "Love Period" – I like this. When an image that expresses love takes hold it can be powerful! Brilliant idea expressed in this video.

Grammy Bemont3 months ago / This is so powerful! People talking to people all over the world. We realize wars are chosen by the governments not us! I Am continuing to Pray for Peace and for the innocent victims of wars. The world is a small place with computers. With our connections, governments will be stopped. <3
Linda Radford3 months ago / This is the kind of peace movement that changes the world. We are a one world family. To see Ronny creating this movement with simple heart-felt messages is moving. Thank you. Thank you.
Star Witness3 months ago / Thanks for posting. The people who doubt the power of a campaign like this are the same people who are easily duped into one war after another by the use of images and words. Non-violent, non-cooperation will have to be the global approach to ending war in the long run. This will help cultivate awareness.
